Ningbo Dongfang Lingyun Vehicle Mfg Co.,ltd.It Is an investment by Ningbo United power Import-Export Co., Ltd. Our factory has been approved by Chinese government for its revolutionized and development project, also registered in CHINA publication of specialized in production of fine motorcycles industry. Our factory passed the CHINA "CCC" certification, has obtained ISO 9001:2000 excellent quality certificate, 7 models has passed "EEC?. DOT certificate has been approved,In the near future will provide E.P.A. and C.A.R.B. from U.S.A./ NHTSA.
Our factory is located in CHINA economic development zones on Yangzi River Delta distric-Ningbo, Zhejiang. Only 25Km distance to Ningbo Port (2nd largest sea port in CHINA) and 4km distance to Ningbo international airport (newly built in 2004) our factory location is very convenience.
Our factory has occupied 50,000.M2 of industrial land, have 300,000 Units Yearly production capacities of motorcycles, with 2 fully automatic assembling lines. Have 600,000 Yearly production capacity of engines. One line of professional robotic painting system. 30 units of fully automatic Injection Molding machines
(capacity from 100 GR. to 12,000 GR.)
In house designers; R&D staff; 25 engineers; 60 college technicians and 380 skill workers. Base on this asset and foundation we believed that our company could provide to our clients with always new products to develop, up grade design if needed, making the accurate molding; sources the best material for production, painting till the complete finished of the fine quality of motorcycles; testing and quality control done very strictly.
